#1. 오픽노잼 IM 시리즈 - Rule 정리

Rule #1:

 

1. Never ask Ava a question.

If you must, ask a rhetorical question.

 

1. Ava한테 질문하지 않기.

질문할 때는 수사학적 질문으로.

(수사학적 질문이란? 대답이 필요없는 질문)

 

질문을 던지는 것 보다는 인정하는 게 좋다.

ex) Oh, so you wanna know about my place... alright.

 

 

 

Rule #2:

 

2. Do not use difficult words

that you are uncomfortable with.

Use simple words you are totally confident in using!

 

2. 쉬운 단어 사용하기.

(불편하고 어려운 단어보다는 사용하기 편하고 자신감있는 단어 사용하기)

ex) 4-storey-house 보다는 My home is really small.

 

 

 

Rule #3:

 

3. Try not to repeat the same word in the same sentence.

 

3. 한 문장에서 단어의 반복사용 자제해.

ex) My place is a very small place.

-> My place is very small.

 

 

 

Rule #4:

 

4. Don't use 2 descriptive or feeling words using "and"!

 

4. 무언가를 묘사하거나 감정 단어 2개를 말할 때, "and" 사용하지 않기

ex) My room is comfy and cozy.

-> My room is just so, you know, comfy.

I mean, it's just so cozy.

 

 

 

Rule #5:

 

5. Talk about one thing only!

 

5. 한가지에 대해서만 말하기!

ex) small house?

low rent! so you can save your money.

strong wifi signal! so it allows for stronger wifi.

less cleaning! so you can save your time.

 

 

 

Rule #6:

 

6. If you get nervous and have nothing to say,

go right to the conclusion!

 

6. 아무말이 안 나오면, 바로 결론으로 가세요!

 

 

 

Rule #7:

 

7. Make 'Honest excuses' later. Not in the beginning.

 

7. 처음에는 Main Point를 말해!
